Since last few days students were asking for ‘Number of students registered for NEET UG 2020‘.

So Today we have decided to explain in details with last year comparison.

If we talk about total number of registration in NEET UG 2020 its 15 Lakhs 93 thousand. 

This year a total of 15, 93,452  students registered for NEETUG 2020.

Last year in NEET UG 2019 total 15,19,375  students were registered.

Although we were expecting more than 17 Lakhs students this time in NEET UG 2020.

NEET UG 2020 entrance examination

NEET UG 2020 will be  conducted on May 3,2020.

After qualifying this exam students will become eligible for admission in MBBS, BDS,AYUSH, BVSc,AIIMS  & JIPMER.

There are to around 77,128 MBBS  seats in 539 medical colleges till now.

Some new colleges may be started from session 2020-21 and in some colleges seats will be increased.

In addition to this there are  26,99 BDS, 52,720 AYUSH, 525 BVSc, 1205 AIIMS and 200 JIPMER  medical college.

These MBBS seats in government, private, deemed/central universities, 15 AIIMS and 2 JIPMER institutes across India.

Initially the last date to fill the application form was December 31, 2019, but later on extended up to January 6, 2020 .

The correction window for candidates to edit/delete fields in the application form will be available from January 15, 2020.

This will be the last chance for medical aspirants for make correction (if any).
